    Hey folks,

Our colleague who works at the UofT – Sania Hameed – is undertaking some research for her MEd. with Dr. Waterman at OISE/UT. She is looking into the experiences of racialized student affairs professionals (RSAPs) in Ontario to highlight their experiences and to spark a larger conversation about the intersection of our racial and professional identities.

She has created a short survey to gather data for her research, and anyone who identifies as a racialized student affairs professional in Ontario is invited to participate. Participation in this survey is completely voluntarily, and could take up to 15 minutes. This survey contains 12 questions. All responses are anonymous; no names or email addresses are required to participate.

This survey will close at 11:59PM on February 16th, 2018. Should you have any questions or comments about this research, Sania is happy to be available via email and phone. Here email is sania.hameed@utoronto.ca. You may also contact her Faculty supervisor, Dr. Stephanie J. Waterman, at stephanie.waterman@utoronto.ca.

Thanks for posting this Rachel. I completed the survey and it was less than ten minutes. Really worthwhile project and I can’t wait to see the results!

Sania’s CACUSS proposal on the first stages of data analysis from this study was accepted, so keep your eyes open for her session at #seachange18.
